Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Saaz Financial (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including:

  • The E-Commerce Law
  • The Saudi Personal Data Protection Law
  • Applicable Commercial Regulations of Saudi Arabia

By engaging our services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of Services

Saaz Financial provides professional services including but not limited to:

  • Accounting and Bookkeeping
  • Zakat & Tax Compliance
  • Financial Reporting
  • Advisory and Consultancy Services

Due to the professional and intellectual nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions stated below.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following payments are strictly non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees
  • Advance retainers
  • Completed or partially completed service fees
  • Government filing fees or third-party charges
  • Customized financial reports or advisory deliverables

Once work has commenced, fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The Company has not commenced work on the agreed services.
  • Duplicate payment has been made.
  • Billing error confirmed by Saaz Financial.

All requests will be reviewed within 7–14 business days.

Approval of refunds is solely at the discretion of Saaz Financial.

4. Client Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel services:

  • Before work begins: A partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
  • After work has commenced: Fees for completed work will be deducted, and remaining balance (if any) may be refunded at Company discretion.

Administrative charges may include documentation, onboarding, compliance checks, and consultation time.

5. Company Termination of Services

Saaz Financial reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Client provides false or misleading information
  • Client fails to make timely payments
  • Client violates Saudi laws or regulatory requirements
  • There is non-cooperation affecting service delivery

In such cases, refunds will not be issued for work already performed.

6. Government & Third-Party Fees

Fees paid to government authorities (including Zakat, Tax, Ministry filings, or other regulatory bodies) and third-party service providers are strictly non-refundable, even if the engagement is canceled.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 14–30 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
  • Any bank or transaction charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Saaz Financial be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of business opportunity
  • Regulatory penalties resulting from delayed client cooperation

Total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and resolved exclusively before the competent courts of Riyadh.

10. Amendments

Saaz Financial reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.

Continued engagement of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
